Panda Express - Lancaster

My 10 year old autistic twin boys received a Certificate from school for free kids meal here.. They do not eat at many fast food locations because of their sensory issues and food allergies. I asked the server if one of my sons could try a piece of the teriyaki chicken and I was advised that they no longer can let you try the food because they do not have the items that they used to use to give you a piece and also because of COVID. Well times have changed and cold. It has decreased according to the news so I don't understand why they haven't gotten with The Times and change things. Or at least could have been more accommodative. It was not the staff's fault. They were very nice and polite. They were just following procedures. The reason for my scoring was because of that reason and that reason.

Nice staff. Fresh yummy food! Clean and nice inside dinning room. Good place to eat!

Customer service is amazing! They make you feel welcomed every time.Parking: There are plenty of spots available! It is a big parking lot.
