Stopped in Tuesday afternoon on the way back home and our wait was only a few minutes. We were seated and our waitress (Connie) was with us within minutes and took our drink order. Both drinks were not what we ordered but she corrected it within minutes and apologized. What User doesn't like about Olive Garden Italian:
Went to the olive garden with a family member I hadn't seen for a while. One of his favorite restaurants is the Olive Garden and one of his favorite events there is never ending pasta so I felt doubly blessed! As usual the food was very tasty and came out quickly. This Italian restaurant in Lancaster, PA is very good for making Italian food and I like it (especially the pasta that I'm eating at home and Italian salad, too)
The first thing you smell here is urine from the bathrooms. It mixes in with the smell of parmesan. The steak meal my husband ordered was pathetic. The regular spaghetti I ordered was all sauce no noodles. The kids ordered other meals they enjoyed. Not enough breadsticks and the server gave me the check while we were still eating. It wasn't 15 min from when we got our food.
My husband and I recently stopped into the Olive Garden on a Saturday evening. Sat at the bar and Diante was our server. What a lovely young man! He was friendly, attentive and professional! Next time we visit, we'll ask for him!
This is a very large Olive Garden. It is very clean and the service was wonderful. Our meals were yummy and satisfying. Very nice for a chain restaurant.
The food was amazing as always. What made our visit exceptional was our server Mike S. He interacted with my kids and made us feel right at home. Super attentive and great customer service skills. Honestly the best server I’ve ever had!
