Olive Garden - Lancaster

Will not eat here again! my 2 year old daughter and I went to dinner last weekend and were immediately after leaving sick. brotsticks were punctual, our eating tasted as if it had been eating out of hours, and the salat was bitter. I should have known better!

Eating was amazing and the service was great. are waitress julie was so kind and made the experience great. she was the best waitress we ever had.

Eating was good, not great. many chewy pieces in the chicken sauce. what our equipment really grinds was the waiter who talked to us about sharing the salat with our children. remember, we all ordered meals. we simply asked ourselves to tell (which are usually brought with the brotsticks) so that our children can also enjoy some salate. he called the manager to tell us that we must not share the salat. our thoughts were blown. we've been coming for many years after olive garden, and this is the first thing we've ever treated like that. in negotiations (via a fluffing salad) we were allowed to have the children something, but not to ask for a filling. after that our food came out in decent time. but the waiting staff never returned to refill drinks, and when we asked for another basket of broth sticks, it took 15 minutes and we were finished until their arrival. is olive garden in so financial need that they cannot allow a party of 10 who spend 220.00 on dinner to share salat with their children?! not impressed. child-friendly: not allowed to share salat with their children! parking: lightly climbed parking. Maybe you have to park at ashley furniture.

We went there this past Saturday at 4:30 pm for an early dinner and I'm glad we beat the rush at 5 pm. Regardless, the service was amazing since our server was very fast with everything and checked in consistently. The food was good as usual, and their seasonal pumpkin cheesecake was superb. I would definitely go back to this location.

We arrived around 2pm and the hostess (who never smiled) seated us right away. Our waitress Samantha (who always had a smile), was very patient and helpful. I had spaghetti meatballs that were awesome and my husband had the sirloin that was tough. The breadsticks that we had always loved in the past were very stale. The salad was great. For some reason, they now have electronic games at all the tables and charge you $2.99 even if you don't play them! It's no wonder that they have so many TOGO spaces in their parking lot.
