We had the opportunity to visit China and Sichuan Province in 2015, and the authenticity of the food at Mount Pepper is truly impressive. If you decide to go, make sure to try the dry roasted hot pot dishes; they are absolutely phenomenal!

We ordered wonton soup, wontons in chili oil sauce, shrimp spring rolls, dry-worn lamb with chili pepper sauce in a hot pot, a mixed seafood dish called All-on-Sea featuring scallops, squid, crab, and fish with vegetables, and noodles with beef in a spicy house soup. Every dish was excellent!
