Little Caesars Pizza - Lancaster

Went in there manger told me it would be 10 ok I wait 10 mins for another employee to tell me it will be another 10 . Manger comes around the corner to tell me he was doing other stuff instead of making the pizzas. Pizzas were not cut all the way and crazy bread not cooked fully . And when asked if they have more crazy ready the answer was I don't know .

3 regular pizzas ordered and waited for over an hour. The lobby was freezing. The staff went around the back, touched their faces, scratched their beard and treated the food. She lost my order and when I received it, it was not hot anymore. Never back. Very unprofessional.

Dakota konkler gave me the rude situation I've ever had here. The eye rolls and laughed while I asked how long it would take. I wouldn't give myself a real boss to talk to and yell at me when I was worried. Then I was fun to ask myself about the waiting time full of voice while cutting a pizza. And still their bosses will not give me any contact information. She even harassed me looking for food. I was accused of taking photos, but I was on the phone with one of their former employees and asked how to deal with it. I have no choice but to eat. In view of my ability to get food and with it near after the show she has done... 10/10 worst customer service with this one employee. The rest just wanted to calm her down during her tantrum.

I didn't get any food because, although you are able to get a hot and finished pizza, the cashier told me that I had to wait at least 40 min for each pizza ordered. Who has time for this? My guess is that when you call, they have a recording that they don't answer the phone because they're busy making pizza that they don't work enough people. Pizza was great!

Order online frequently misrepresents your pickup time by one hour or so. They almost never have hot n ready offers actually ready. It's the only little caesars I know when it's almost always an hour waiting to get a pepper chocolate. You also accidentally lock the front doors and operate only the drive thru with is fun if you ordered sometime for the pizza locker special so you don't have to wait twenty minutes in the drive thru. It's really a shame they're the only place in town, because it's the day that the worse ones are running and what Little Caesars I've ever had.
