Unfortunately, we could barely eat the food because the chicken tasted rubbery and was not even coated properly, making it impossible to bite into. I understand they may have been short-staffed, but management should step in to ensure that customers receive fresh, edible food. After just one bite, we both felt unwell. We ended up paying $22 for food that we couldn't eat at all. I would not recommend this KFC. If you're looking for good chicken, your best bet is to go to Chick-fil-A right across the street!
