What User doesn't like about Kfc:
through the car drive thru and was still asked to park in front. the chicken was underboiled and was bad. never go back to the kfc in lancaster 20th street east and avenue J.Parking: a lot of parking because is located in a shopping center. View all feedback.
This was the worst KFC experience I've ever had! I placed a mobile order for quick pickup, only to find the store closed when I arrived. The staff saw me at the door but completely ignored me. I ended up stuck in an incredibly long drive-thru line. My order was marked as completed by 7:13 PM, but I waited in line for over an hour. I attempted to cancel my order, but the virtual assistant told me that wasn't possible and that I would need to wait. I also called the store to see if they could bring my food out or help me cancel the order, but no one answered. After waiting so long, I noticed an employee coming outside to deliver food to another customer. When I finally got to the window and explained that I had a quick pick-up order, the staff member informed me that some items from my order were no longer available.
The $20 meal was spot on. However, there's one issue with this location: they're often out of items. Last night, they didn't have any condiments, and the week before, they ran out of biscuits. Instead, she tried to offer me some cookies as a replacement. Don't get me wrong—the cookies are delicious, but I really love my biscuits. So, I ended up getting potato wedges instead.
I've had repeated issues with my orders at KFC. I requested 4 pieces of original white meat with fries and was charged extra for the white meat. However, I only received two legs and a fry, yet I was still charged extra. This isn't the first time this has happened.
The cashier was surprised by how much chicken I eat! She is always super friendly, and her pleasant demeanor is a rarity these days. I consider her my new friend.
I'm really disappointed. I used to love this place, but the service has deteriorated significantly. The pot pie I ordered was essentially just a bowl of shredded dark meat chicken—nothing else. I have photos to prove it. They were out of buns for sandwiches, lids for side items, and even cookies for the combo meals. After waiting over 30 minutes in the drive-thru, I witnessed a staff member complaining about being short-staffed and yelling at her coworkers to hurry up, all while we were waiting. I'm really frustrated with this establishment; it shouldn't be that difficult to keep things stocked and ready to serve. I've already voiced my concerns to corporate, and I intend to keep doing so until there's a resolution.
