El Pollo Loco - Lancaster

The customer service has always been good. They are very respectful. The food is usually good sometimes the chicken bowls has not that much chicken.

I went here so much when I still lived in Lancaster, I remember at first I always had one of those shells. Eventually the burritos did it for me, the staff was always amazing and the food was more than spectacular. Made a huge part of my time in America.

I have been to this location several times and it has always been good but today I went through the drive through and ordered 2 classic chicken combos and the burritos were horrible the beans were not done and the chicken was dried out and hard I was so disappointed because the person putting these burritos together knew that the chicken was nasty and still chose to serve it.. ?

Great service, always has our office order ready in a timely manner.

Drove thru at 11am and offered tacos. They said they were out. But they have tortillas and chicken, so does that mean the tacos are frozen? Or, did someone not want to make them? Disappointed.
