I would give this store one HUNDRED stars if i could. i come here every day on my lunch — and usually on my way into work too — and every time i’m greeted by ha... read more I would give this store one HUNDRED stars if i could. i come here every day on my lunch — and usually on my way into work too — and every time i’m greeted by happy faces and kindness all around. they never fail to get my (stupidly complicated) coffee order right and even though this store is an hour away from my house, i even come here on my days off simply because they’re my favourite!! i wholeheartedly love the dunks employees here and proudly tell all my friends about my coffee shop friends that i see often enough they’ve learned my order. this is the best dunkin’ location in MA, trust me as a certified caffeine addict, i’ve hit almost all of them.

I... read more I’ve given this location multiple opportunities to fix their issues but every time I am disappointed. The staff is rude. No one knows how to make a iced chai. I do not consider putting a scoop of chai powder into a cup of cold milk and ice is a iced chai. Also I always ask for almond milk and half the time I get regular milk. So I waste my money every time. I will not be returning to this location.
