Dragon Hibachi Sushi Buffet - Lancaster

This is a delicious buffet. I enjoyed my time here, eat every piece of chicken, chew every piece of beef, throw every piece something else. The food is beautifully displayed in trays. There are plenty of seats, but it is still possible to wait for a table. The prices are fine. Parking is okay. There's a parking lot.

I loved it. Great food, great variety. A fair price with drinks included. I'm back.

The food was good and had a lot of variety. Some of the articles were not at what I would consider my ideal temperature, but was good independent. The environment was clean and the staff was attentive when needed. The bao bungalows were a pleasant surprise for a buffet and are recommended.

The bathroom smelled. the food is great. The sushi seems warm. But I ate 9 pounds. Hey, I've never been sick.

This buffet is very pleasing aesthetically, nice decor, good presentation, but all of that is overshadowed by poor customer management. This facility has you seating yourself. That was a bit embarrassing as you look around for where to sit yourself. This means people are taking tables that are too big for their party, or larger parties squeezing into booths because tables aren't available. I would have someone sit people. When we got up to go get more food, I felt like someone would have taken our table thinking it was empty. The food was decent. Pretty good selection. The food presentation was good. Food wasn't as hot as it should be, I think the heat lamps can be turned up a bit or the hot water heaters turned up. Something that bothered a bit was leaving the soy sauce in a big giant bowl with no cover, and having to look for silverware. Just leave that stuff in a place where people can easily find it. The silverware was being kept by a table where they emptied dishes, instead of out on the buffet floor. Overall is wasn't bad. We went during a very busy hour at early dinner rush. I think if we had went at a different time it would have been better, but the poor customer management, the customers themselves not knowing how to act, and food not being hot enough is the reason I took one star. If you want a good buffet, go, just be weary of when you go.
