While the food is fine; the staff customer service is I?d say, 95% of the time- deplorable. The managers are typically pleasant. And it?s impossible to find staffing anymore but where is the self respect of employees? It?s quite obvious that most of the staff would be other places- but isn?t being friendly to costumers part of the job? Every single one of their faces shows how much they truly hate their day. Not to mention covering ALL of your BACK hair should be required. Especially If you?re a jerk to everyone.

Let me start off with by saying any time you order chipotle online rather then in the store don't expect much. My food came hot when delivered but I ordered 2 burritos and 1 bowl with the up charge of queso; none of the entree's had it on it. Secondly the chicken is way to salty and third off my bowl barley had any rice in, possible just a half scoop. Chipotle around the world I never understood why you're so stingy with the rice ??

Second time I?ve ordered from here and I?m missing a whole meal. I ordered tacos and requested hard shell. They gave me a hard shell that was so flimsy I couldn?t even eat jt. It was like they soaked it in water. Worst customer service I?ve ever experienced. My delivery drivers always have issues and the workers there are inaccurate and frankly worthless.

Literally what is this??? Every time I order from here on doordash I always get screwed over by this chipotle. They never fill the bowl all the way and this time they only filled it halfway!! Absolutely ridiculous that you do this to your customers... If you?re thinking about ordering from here I?d recommend you take your business elsewhere.
