Caruso's Italian Pizzeria - Lancaster

I ordered delivery and the food arrived promptly. However, the pizza was smaller than expected for an extra large. I was also disappointed that the 2 liter soda I ordered for $5.00 was not cold. Overall, I don't feel like I got great value for the money.

We live very close to this restaurant, but unfortunately, we have had numerous negative experiences. Our orders are consistently mixed up or items are forgotten, the pizza is often undercooked, and the estimated wait times are inaccurate. One time, we called ahead to ask about the wait time and were told it would be 20 minutes, so we decided to order. When we arrived at the restaurant after 20 minutes, our order still wasn't ready. Despite paying, we ended up waiting for an additional 45 minutes, making our total wait time over an hour with no apology or compensation. This caused us to be late for our event. The food we received was not up to standard either. These types of situations happen frequently at this location, so we have decided not to return due to the frustration it causes us.

The staff at this restaurant seems to have trouble following orders. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap but received a plain chicken wrap with none of the toppings I asked for, and no buffalo sauce. It was very bland and lacked flavor.

Great Spaghetti, customer service needs to improve. Detail Clean this place.

Little to no meat in the subs I ordered. Food is over priced in my opinion but maybe that's how it is now a days ?
