Our experience began with a completely unprofessional waitress. She was slow and unkempt, and unfortunately, the food followed suit. We had to send the steak back twice because it was still cold. Traveling from Alexander to Buffalo for many reasons over the years, our family always noticed the full parking lot at the Boston Hotel thought it must have good food, but never seemed to get there, and get our oldest daughter there since she lives out of state visited the airport most often. Yesterday, April 6, 2007, our family made reservations finally got to eat at the Boston Hotel with reservations at 5:30, only about 5 10 min wait, service was fine super value loved the lobster dainties appetizer at 3.95! we all had seafood, and all dinners were very good scallops, Cajun fish, fish fries...and at a good value even though crowded, at our table, we could still talk and be heard will definitely come again!!! Next time we 'll try the steak!
This place was amazing! The prices were very reasonable...Lobster Dainties...yum. FYI Only cash! I wish we had one in Minnesota!
In response to the Monday night special person...obviously you don't know the meaning of the Monday night special. People go there for the cheap prices and the great food Monday nights from 9pm-12am. The reason they don't let you take the wings home is because they are an in-house special, if not than people would order crazy amounts and just take it home...what’s the point?!!! And the reason you have to get bottled water is because they practically give the food away at those low costs. Makes sense that they don't give away water too!!!! And the fact that you had to wait to sit down is because the special doesn't start until 9 so you have to be put on a list and then they start seating at 9. You try seating a whole restaurant at the same time and try to get to every table right away, especially how busy it gets. I have never had a bad experience. I love this place!!!!! I would definitely recommend the Monday night special. It is a fun place to be.

I have been a customer there for many years and have never been there on a Monday for the Crab and Clam specials. When a friend of mine from out of town came to visit, I took her there because I loved the food and the people. Unfortunately, it was a bad experience. We went on a Monday. We waited forty five minutes for a table. When we finally sat down, we waited another ten minutes to put in our order for drinks. I couldn't order just a glass of water, I had to pay for a bottle of water. I had an order of steamed clams and a steak dinner and my friend had the fried shrimp and the chiken wings, which were also on special. The clams were nothing but sand. My steak was fine and her shrimp were fine, but it was slow to get our food. My friend could not finish her chiken wings, so she asked for a box. We couldn't take the five chicken wings that she had left over home. It was the most rediculous thing I had ever heard. We paid and left. I will never go back on a Monday again. The next day I tried to contact the restaurant to ask a few questions, and they said the owner would get back to me. They never did.
