We go twice a year, give or take. Majority of the time we get great service. Once we sat at the bar and got a rude server who treated us as if we were a bother. We're good tippers, we don't run our servers, we don't make a mess, don't make odd requests,and we're friendly. We expect to be treated nicely, isn't that part of your job?? Food is usually very good, we really liketheir calamari and the bread you get complimentary is one of the best parts. So good!! Bar drinks are good! My daughter pickedBonefish for her birthday and the server was sweet and added a candle to her dessert.
We had a very nice dinner, served by a very nice young lady named Sarah. I unfortunately left my credit card there. While trying to locate my lost card, I spoke with the manager Katie who was also very nice, and informed me they had found my card. Overall, the folks, the food and the experience was great at this Bonefish. Oh yeah, don't forget to try the Key Lime cake. It was wonderful ?.
We felt pretty safe trying this place based on our experience with other metro locations. First impression was that the atmosphere was surprisingly dingy and they did a mediocre job covering whatever the business before it was. Stood at the hostess station in a 3/4 empty restaurant for 3-5 min before we were greeted and sat. Sat and waited an additional 10 without being acknowledged, got up and left.
Great customer service! They did mess up a lot of the steaks first time too rare and then it was perfectly cooked but absolutely no flavor we had to return it. The bang bang shrimp was great and the bang bang chicken was a first for me and I will definitely be getting it again.
