Bob Evans - Lancaster

It was early evening in the middle of the week, and the restaurant was not busy at all. There was no excuse for the lackluster customer service I received. Additionally, while waiting, I was bothered by a large, creepy man sitting at a table near the register and door. He stared intensely at me from the moment I walked in until I left, making me feel very uncomfortable. If he is a regular customer, I suggest that you seat him in a way that does not make other patrons, especially women, feel uneasy. If encountering him is a regular occurrence, I will avoid dining in or getting takeout from this location to avoid being ogled by him again.

I would give this restaurant a negative review if I could. I went with my wife and grandson for breakfast and the food took a long time to arrive. The hashbrowns were undercooked and flavorless, the sausages were burnt and dry, the maple peppered bacon was drowned in syrup when we asked for plain pepper bacon, and the orange juice was watered down. It was not worth the price we paid. The only positive was the friendly waitress. I will not be returning to this restaurant. I would rather go to Waffle House.

Hash browns were over cooked, crunchy and almost burnt. The waitress still served them. When asked, she replaced them with home fries. But not what you expect.Food: 2/5

We stopped here on a whim and we are extremely happy that we did! The food was terrific and the service even better! We will definitely stop here again.Food: 5/5
