Arby's - Lancaster

Walking in I quickly noticed that the dining room was very dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The floor was so sticky that my daughter's croc almost came off. Approaching the counter where two employees were standing and neithermade any kind of effort to take the order for at least 30 seconds and we were the only people in the restaurant. The food itselfwas poor at best, rolls tasted very stale, roast beef was off, and the fries tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in a while.Over half of our order went in the trash. Very disappointing considering this place used to be excellent.

UPDATE: I really appreciate that corporate reached out to me to address the situation. Instead of returning to the Arby’s on Lincoln Highway, I went to the one I usually frequent on Columbia Avenue. Thank you for resolving this issue; I didn’t expect to be contacted, and that made me appreciate it even more.

Typically, we have a wonderful experience here, but tonight was different. We ordered curly fries and received crinkle fries instead, and they were cold as well. We also tried the chicken tenders, but they had no flavor whatsoever. The picture shows the fries we ended up discarding because they were so unappetizing.

I stopped by Arby's today to grab dinner, and I was pleasantly surprised to find the dining area open, which is rare. I usually go through the drive-thru, but I much prefer to order inside. I placed a rather large order ($40), and I have to say, the staff was fantastic! They were not only friendly but also worked hard and appeared to be enjoying themselves. In my experience, when there's a big order, some employees can get a bit stressed, but everyone here was wonderful. My food came out quickly, and everything was fresh! Most reviews tend to focus on complaints, but I wanted to share my positive experience. This is my favorite Arby's location, and I consistently receive great service and delicious, hot food when I visit. Thank you!

I stopped by arby today to get food. Typically, the escaping area is closed and I have to go to drive thru. Today the escaping was open, so I was very happy. I'd rather go in to place my order. I have a pretty big order $40.) the staff was so great and friendly. they worked very hard, but seemed to have fun too. sometimes, when there is a great order, people get an employment, but everyone here was so brilliant! the food was made fast and everything was fresh! Usually the people take time to write critikens to complain, but I wanted to write an evaluation to mention my great experience. this is my favorite arby’s location and I always excellent service and delicious hot eating fast when I go here.
