For about 80 people, we took Buffet Box (Italian, Radiatore Salad with Shrimps, Taboulé, Fregola, Piedmontese Salad, Lentilles Salad, Mint Bull) with sauces (Tarama house, Sauces with Espelette Piment, Tzaziki) and dessert with giant flashes (Citron, Chocolate).
