What MariaGpdx doesn't like about L'ombra:
The staff doesn 't speak a single word of english, not a single word!!!! Now let 's talk about the food, if we can call it food. All the octopus and clams/squid we ordered was full of sand and the tortilla espanola was extremely cold and had a terrible taste. We went inside to pay the check and there was a man preparing tapas without any gloves or anything and there was a really bad smell. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE View all feedback. My wife and I ate here last night and really enjoyed it. The fisherman's salad was lovely, it tempted my wife to ear muscles again which she hasn't done for years. The entricote steak was really tasty (ask for it well done to get medium) and the fries were both potato and sweet potato which was wonderful. The Creme Catalan is to die for.
