The customer service at this restaurant was very disrespectful. The employee rolled their eyes at nearly everything I asked for and had a negative attitude from the moment we walked in. They also seemed forgetful of their job responsibilities. Normally, I have a good experience here but this particular employee almost completely ruined my day. View all feedback.
The service at this restaurant was incredibly friendly! The staff were very cheerful and great with kids, leaving us all with big smiles on our faces. And the subs were amazing! In terms of kid friendliness, they were patient and friendly with our 6-year-old, and the portion size of the meal was just right for him.
This restaurant is doing an amazing job with their fresh and delicious subs. The breakfast menu is also really good! Keep up the great work, I will definitely be coming back again and again!
I am at a loss for words to describe this employee, as they do not wear name tags, but the older lady with skin pigmentation issues is incredibly rude. If the restaurant wants to keep consistent customers, they should seriously consider removing this miserable person. The customer service here is consistently terrible whenever she is working. I am a regular customer who has visited many times, but every visit she is extremely rude, causing me to stop coming for a few months. Each time I return, I hope she is not there, only to be disappointed when she is. She treats customers as if they are unintelligent, responding rudely to any question, even a simple order placement. Judging by the other negative reviews mentioning poor customer service, I am willing to bet this woman is responsible for them.
