Staff very much to the hand and at the same time very efficient. The sweet component is really great and lately they have developed a savory breakfast offer for which it is really worth going. Bread is good and hard for days as well as sliced.
I stopped to get some focaccia in early summer. The girl who served me didn't have the gloves, took the focaccia (they were a throw and a round sconce) to bare hands and also touched the money. Hygiene zero. The focaccias nothing of which, they were slightly more salty bread than a normal sandwich. In fact, before and last time I went.
Non-existent hygiene. Customers are treated with carelessness and falseness of the owner unless you are in the place, judging by the continuous exchange of orders I would say bad environment. Panetteria with corner bar in the center of a small village. High quality panels with some innovative proposals for combinations of ingredients and formats. To be tried for those who are at the first time from the ‘Berta’ the bread renderegone: invention of Dario who has no imitations! High quality pastry and croissants for delicious breakfast: I recommend double chocolate, another sweet but equally good brioche.
