Popped in to get some food and use the toilet on the way to Big Ben. There was a sign on the toilet door saying it was out of order, but we saw someone go in, so we asked the guy behind the counter (while standing in the queue to order) if it was working, and he rudely said yes, but it's only for customers. Decided just to get a cookie instead of ordering food, used the toilet, and left. Maybe try waiting to see if someone orders before being rude, then you might get more customers!

The woman working today with red hair was exceptionally kind and made my bad day much better. She deserves a raise.
Disgusted with the guy who put my salad on never in my life have I experienced such terrible service ,I told him no jelopinos he put them on I said sorry I said no I didn't want them he angrily chucked them off my roll was a mess when i opened it not oh sorry I didn't hear you ,dreadful! No customer service skills I'm a paying customer and if I come visiting London again I won't come to this subway for sure it spoilt my afternoon. Food: 4 Atmosphere: 2
