Popped in to get some food and use the toilet on the way to Big Ben. There was a sign on the toilet door saying it was out of order, but we saw someone go in, so we asked the guy behind the counter (while standing in the queue to order) if it was working, and he rudely said yes, but it's only for customers. Decided just to get a cookie instead of ordering food, used the toilet, and left. Maybe try waiting to see if someone orders before being rude, then you might get more customers!

The woman working today with red hair was exceptionally kind and made my bad day much better. She deserves a raise.
The food was alright but the staff were horrible both ivor and another slavic lady didn't seem to understand what I wanted even though I specified it and even showed them what I wanted they made the sub and charged me for it even though I said its not what I want won't come to this subway again
