I have visited this restaurant multiple times and tried many items on the menu with different friends and family members. The attention to detail and flavors are outstanding. The coffee is also excellent and the staff is wonderful. This place is definitely a hidden gem.

While the cof... read more Perhaps it's due to my Northern upbringing and expectations of fair prices, but I couldn't help but feel a bit surprised by the bill at this cafe. While the coffee and pastries were decent, they were not outstanding. We were charged nearly £20 for two cappuccinos, two cups of tea, and four pastries, which seemed a bit steep. It was also strange that we were directed to sit in the outdoor seating area when there were empty tables inside. Overall, it was a pleasant enough experience but definitely a bit unusual.

Then a really exceptional Basque cheesecake not stodgy or clawing, but beautifully light and moreish. It's all home cooked you can see members of the team preparing the food it's original, and it's terrific quality.

It is... read more Great coffee with fresh orange and pomegranate juice followed by a choice of freshly cooked/prepared dishes make this my favourite place for lunch/brunch. It is worth paying a little more for great quality and a relaxed atmosphere.
