Now waiting over an hour and food has not arrived. Only asked for x1 pizza. Can't get hold of the restaurant in any way. App says its delivered but have nothing. Now wanting a refund but have to wait 72 hours. **** ridiculous. Doesn't deserve 1 star but wouldn't let me leave it blank.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Very rude, misogynistic man on the phone shouted ‘it’s on its way girl’ after I called because it was very late. Then the food was disgusting, definitely not ‘wood fire’ pizza.
Awful pizza and very rude delivery man. This is not pizza, it’s a very bad taste flat bread without tomato sauce and very little toppings I tried and trough away everything. Missing items. Extremely rude delivery man I highly recommend NOT TO BUY anything from them. Waste of money. I will order from them again.
The pizza is not wood-fired, it is frozen and tastes terrible! From the pizza to the customer service, everything about this place was absolutely terrible. Avoid at all costs - this place should be closed down.
The pizza at this restaurant is excellent, with a thin and crispy dough typical of North Italy. The ingredients are high quality, including real mozzarella. The pizza is cooked with wood, giving it a delicious flavor. The new management is friendly and professional. I will definitely be returning.
