McDonald's have an arrangement with MET parking whereby if you stay more than 90 minutes you get fined £100 (reduced to £50 if you pay up within the time limit)... read more McDonald's have an arrangement with MET parking whereby if you stay more than 90 minutes you get fined £100 (reduced to £50 if you pay up within the time limit). There is no exemption for customers actually consuming at McDonald's throughout the 90 minute period! My husband travels up to London leaving at 5.30 to beat the morning traffic. He stopped off at the Wandsworth McD to have breakfast, drink coffee and use the wifi (they advertise this on the website presumably as an inducement). But as he overstayed his welcome he has landed a £100 fine. MET say they are applying McD's rules (taking no responsibility) and you've guessed it! McD say it's MET's rules! Anyway be ware of the sting in the tail. It's a xxx! expensive breakfast and stop off! If I weren't so constitutionally polite I'd be resorting to four letter words.

O... read more If you're staying at the nearby Chelsea Guest House, you're likely to find yourself at this McDonald's (I could even hear the drive-thru orders from my room). Otherwise, it can be a bit hard to spot. The place tends to get quite busy, especially with workers and delivery riders. The cleanliness is decent, and the staff is friendly. However, the ordering touchscreen is frustratingly unresponsive; you often have to press repeatedly to scroll through the menu. Overall, there’s definitely room for improvement!
