Burgers and coffee were lukewarm, just like the ice tea. Waitresses were smiling. No ticket at the self-service kiosk. One out of two restrooms is out of order. The other one is questionably clean.

Every customer had to beg for tis... read more Popped in for dinner the other day and waited over 20 minutes for a 2 piece chicken meal to eat in (which they wrapped to go). Every customer had to beg for tissues and they kept getting orders wrong. Poor communication between kitchen and servers and food server and person in drinks. Restaurant was not very clean either which was disappointing. Standards have dropped here and probably won’t go back. Lastly given the smallest portion of chips ever, which didn’t matter as they were cold!

I needed to use the restroom as I am pregnant, but they did not allow me to, even though I offered to make a purchase. This was completely disgusting. I will never return to this restaurant.

I guess because it's so busy, they possibly don't worry apart customer loyalty, but seriously..how can they get everything so wrong!
