We... read more The fresh fish at this restaurant is absolutely delicious. Our group of six had a fantastic dining experience, with a great atmosphere and excellent service. We tried a variety of dishes including the scallops, monkfish, hake, and the rare turbot, all of which were delicious. The desserts were also unique and tasty, with the figs standing out. Overall, we found this restaurant to be a wonderful addition to the neighborhood, with reasonable prices, and we will definitely be returning in the future.

This is a great new restaurant for the Herne Hill area with lovely waiting staff and tasty food. The queen scallops were delicious (they're meant to be small, but they were perfectly cooked) and oven roasted figs succulent. The range of fish is great and very fresh. Looking forward to eating there again soon.

The service was excellent warm friendly staff , Brilliant Atmosphere , nice Décor and soft background music. I would highly recommend this cute little restaurant to anyone looking for somewhere to go for a delicious meal in South London....You will not be disappointed.

T... read more We had an amazing dining experience at the Fish and Wine restaurant a few weeks ago and highly recommend it! The service was friendly and attentive all night. The food was fantastic and cooked to perfection. We tried the seaweed salad and the nettle soup, both of which were excellent. The chocolate trumpet dessert is a must-try when you visit! We will definitely be returning!

I had high expectations given the price, and the 100% votes!???! The lady upon booking was rude and in fact, in person needs to really work on customer skills .., her smile somewhat sarcastic.. Avoid the scallops! They are the size of large peas!! Dreadful The monkfish was good we both had that As the restaurant packed out the food smell was wafting and by the time we left we smelt like we had been in a greasy cafe.
