Description

The restaurant in question received mixed reviews from customers. While some praised the food, service, and location, others were highly critical of the cleanliness, staff disinterest, and lack of hygiene. The establishment seems to have a problem with maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere, with customers complaining about dirty tables and messy surroundings. Overall, the consensus appears to be that while the restaurant has potential, it must focus on improving its cleanliness and customer service to attract and retain patrons.

We were walking along Southbank when it started to rain heavily so we stopped by here for a quick drink. Surprisingly wasn't to busy inside. The place could do with a clean as tables were dirty. Staff seemed to be multitasking and get confused who ordered what. We ordered drinks, one being a tea and they added that much mild the tea was truly white! I had to ask for a replacement and to have the milk separate so we could pour our own.

The food was just not tasty enough and the atmosphere was sterile. Toilets were absolutely filthy and the whole place looked run down. The Southbank has so much choice, this cafe needs to smarten up. Sorry, won't be going back.

If you're looking for a quick snack in the Southbank area, this is the perfect place to stop. The food is affordable and high quality, allowing you to grab a bite and continue exploring without needing a full meal.

Terrible. Bacon roll was like eating cardboard. Hot chocolate... well chocolate was at bottom of cup. Avocado toast disgusting. And very expensive

We usually call in here prior to visiting the theatre as it is quick and easy. The salads are not bad, the newly introduced hot meals are an improvement-we had the Thai chicken curry, quite tasty. I agree with others who complained about cleanliness, it doesn't take much to clean up after those customers who cannot be bothered to deposit their finished containers in the rubbish receptacles.
