Really terrific chips! I had a pie and chips, my son had a chicken fillet burger meal. Both were delicious. We will definitely be using this Fish Bar again before we go to the cricket at the Oval! Half the price of the Oval venue offering and twice as good! Keep up the quality frying guys! View all feedback.

Complete rip off, over charged then tried to not hand over whole order , had to repeat the order 3 times before they got it right. Other chip shops locally that are far better. View all feedback.
This small fish and chip shop is located on a side street off the main road. The fish is always made to order and comes out perfect, with a nice flaky texture. The chips are absolutely delicious. Tuesdays are a great day to visit because you get the chips for free when you buy the fish. There is no seating area, only takeaway service. I highly recommend this place.
Our regular haunt for £6.30 a head fish and chips when we are at the Oval. Excellent value, even too many chips for me, but my mate helped out! Be prepared to eat sitting on a step near the main road and consider it to be character building
Coming from NZ having English fish n' chips from Claylands was an experience I enjoyed. Friendly staff that never wrote down my order yet never missed up my order, everything was individually wrapped, later learnt this was to prevent cross contamination not something I was worried about but good they take this precaution. Not a huge menu altho this may just traditional British menu but with five different types fish to choose from and different sizes better than the choice of one type and one size here in NZ. Thanks to the staff at Claylands for the meals during our brief time in London
This chippy is a gem super friendly staff and our fish and chips were ready in under 10 minutes. The prices are great, with crispy, delicious food that hit all the right spots. I got the small cod and chips are the portion size was super generous. Their sunny outdoor tables in the evening are also ideal.
