Customer service is great. If there's a mistake they are quick to fix it. Drive-thru can be very long, and some times it's quicker to just go inside. Otherwise, lineups move relatively quickly. The parking lot can get a little crazy, but that's nothing on them. View all feedback.
What Abe S doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
I just order egg an cheese muffin and 3 hash browns ,the Indian guy with long beard had no net on and when he grabbed a bag it slipped and he dropped the bag,so he just picked up the same bag and gave it to the girl so she can put my food in that bag that he just pick it up the floor.I had to throw it away and went to the other Tim Hortons.I am customer for 15 years twice daily….Very very bad service.. You can really tell they push for their employees to be polite. Coffee is usually right and while it hasn't always been perfect what In life ever is? Please don't lose that professionalism, it's noticed.
Stopped to get a quick lunch before visiting my Mom, very tasty soup but as usual the coffee was only so so.
Great staff I went here at six o’clock in the afternoon they were really busy however the customer service was great and the food was incredible. The drive thru girl was very sweet and kind aswell

The service is so bad now have to wait in the line minimum 10 to 15 minutes before use to be
