The staff get to know there customer and remember there orders just all around great staff and a very friendly atmosphere I don't think I've ever had a issue with any order they did forget a hash brown but quickly fixed my order with an apology witch was nice Linda and her staff are super nice I wish it was open Sunday that would be my only complaint View all feedback.
What LaurA Han doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
This morning I saw one indian worker with a cut serving food and I kindly tell her to put a bandage on it now with covid problems everyone its exposed to anything wrong and she just scream at me in a disrespectful attitude thats not the way to talk to costumers View all feedback.
The coffee test and smile so bad, and they make it very badly, and this shope is very dirty ?
They always always mess up orders, always frustrating experience, slow and unfriendly service on Saturday morningIf it wasn’t for the location, I would have never eaten there
My daughter who is 12, as part of their mini school trip with her class, went to this location for lunch. This may have been their 2nd or 3rd time at this location with her class. During all visits, she came home telling us that the servers at this location were rude. Sure it may be overwhelming for the staff with a sudden influx of young kids but this is part of customer service to be patient, kind professional no matter the age. I hope they improve attitude in this location.
Extremely rude manager. They are almost out of everything. Whenever you go. We're out of biscuits at 1:30. When I asked why they didn't make more, the manager rudely said that's not how we do it here. Here. So she's saying that they don't see that they're almost out of something and decide to bake more. I used to be a baker at Tim Hortons. It is really easy so the fact that the manager is allowing this is insane. 2nd worst Tim's in London.
Did not like the service, as my dad had to say his order three times to the cashier, who never asked if I wanted my receipt..so when getting the order my dad got his tea, and we got English muffin combo and my bagel, but then waiting 20 minutes for hot chocolate I order..and not one came over till my dad said to them we are missing the hot chocolate..so thinking we have it all wr go to sit down, and I'm looking, my dad is still missing his hashbrown when he order the combo..so I go back to tell them, guy tells me who served u..how am I supposed to remember who served me or that I never got a receipt..as another guy comes with attitude saying ur missing a hash brown, we will get a hash brown, also my dad want a tea double double, and he got coffee...im disappointed at service and displeased at garbage as well.
