I came to this location this morning at 8:35am. I was greeted by Trish. Trish was very pleasant. I ordered 50 Timbits assorted no plain and 4 coffees. She was extremely professional and had made me the customer feel important. She ensured my black coffee and a sleeve, realized one of the cups had a leak and quickly changed it out and gave me double trays to ensure it could handle the heavy coffee load. Great job Tris... The worst tim hortons in London, food is always sloppy. Rude servers who aren't attentive to your order. I have to repeat my order several times, and then still have to go back because it's always wrong.The manager,supervisors. and employees are miserable and rude. View all feedback.
Helen store manager is horrible. I’ve never had an experience like this before she wasted more than 30 minutes of my time. This tim hortons will not resolve any issues you may have. BE CAREFUL GUYS!!
I called at 5:15AM to see if they were open as the website and Google both said they open at 5:00AM. Lady on the phone answered and said no they were supposed to open at 5:00AM but they won’t be open for another 10-20 minutes… if the store hours are set to a certain time you should be upholding that. I saw at least 10 cars come and go to see if it was open.
The worst Tim Hortons in London, dirty machine, fridge is taped up to hold close and the manager/supervisor is completely rude and unapproachable. They’re machines never work and they will give you improperly made product to make the sale, then argue with you when you ask for another one or a refund. Then harass you the following time you come in, hoping for it to be a better experience. This Tim Hortons needs new management/owner or to be shut down. A complete health code violation.
The worst coffe in all Tim Hortons on London .. coffee is burned !!
My wife and her friend brought food home for my daughter. When we checked the food there was an eggs shell inside the food. If my daughter had eaten that she would have been hurt. On top of that when I tried to call them they decided to just hang up the phone and unplug it to not receive any phone calls.
