It was a great experience with my mobile order being ready almost my walked in. But the fullest excellent it was nothing more than I can ask for a really. I couldn't ask for better. Great job Subway for doing a Subway job lol keep up the great work

The only thing that 'lost ' this location stars is the fact that I wanted the smallest size of sub. I am on a Dr prescribed diet. If I had to eat the full 6 ' I may end up in the hospital. The employee seemed to be making fun of the fact that I wanted the truly most small sandwich possible. I felt ridiculed for the simple fact that I medically need a small serving.

Friendliest staff at this location! The veggies are always fresh, the location is always clean and most of all the customer service is fantastic! Best location in London

I have been to other Subway locations in London, Ontario; from my experience, this one is the BEST! This location is always clean, the staff are friendly, and fast.....I never have to wait for a long time. The best part is that they ALWAYS make my sub exactly as I 've tried to communicate my individual preferences. I will drive by other locations (as I just did tonight) to get 'my sub, my way. ' Yup, truly SUBWAY. Sonia made my sub tonight; and tonight, I overheard another customer compliment Pearl on the fact that his subs were made perfectly. He said, 'You know, it might seem like a small thing, but that was made perfectly. ' I disagree. It 's not a small thing. It 's great customer service. So, I needed to mention that my sub was made perfectly by Sonia. Since neither knows most patrons personally, that would mean that they 're both actively listening, and communicating with you to get your order right. Job well done Sonia and Pearl! I will return.
