This is a unique French dessert bakery found in the Covent Garden Market. It is loaded with colourful macaroons and also home to many other deserts. We are not macaroon fans and I opted for a few raisin tarts which I had with my coffee at Hasbeans. Tarts were good. Fare is a bit limited and prices a bit high compared to the international bakery less than 10 feet away. Not bad if you like that type of pastry.
Petit Paris is one of my go to spots at the market. I love crepes and they make them well, if you order a savoury crepe or a dessert crepe they are both excellent. I usually order one of each. The pricing is very reasonable in comparison to other establishments that offer crepes in London. If you are craving a crepe in London hit up the Petit Paris Creperie and Pastries.

I would stop by here if you're craving something sweet and in the Covent Garden Market area! Sometimes they over bake the macarons and they don't have a wide variety of baked goods but their butter tarts are to die for (be warned they have raisins inside) and they've got seasonal flavours of macarons! The service is quite pleasant too and they take care to package your goods to go which is always nice.
Worth a visit. I visited this location on my birthday (June 26th) and decided to splurge considering Arroyas' credentials. It's definitely worth the trip but it can be a little steep, especially since some of the items aren't all that great.<br/ <br/ Brownies make a common appearance in most of the individual desserts at Petit Paris. The brownies are not too bad in terms of flavour but, texturally, they're incredible, moist and chewy. The two most successful desserts were Death by Chocolate and Turtle Cheesecake. The former had an excellent milk chocolate mousse with a brownie base while the latter was creamy and delectable. Chocolate Heavens and the Double Chocolate Brownie were okay but since the brownie base is more texturally appealing to me, I felt they were only decent and not necessarily worth the $3-4 price tag. <br/ <br/ In terms of macarons, unfortunately almost all the ones I purchased hollowed (a common problem), save one or two. Considering that these are $2 each when you buy half a dozen (6 for $12), each should be well executed. These were dry and too crumbly, not giving way to the chewy centre reminiscent of a good macaron. Regardless, each of the fillings were well executed and tasted fairly good. My personal favourite was the lemon. <br/ <br/ The absolute star, though, is the croissant: light, buttery and addicting. I believe they were around $2 or so but it's worth the purchase.
