I had a combo with rice and chicken. I loved it . There is enough quantity for an affordable price. The taste was too good.

Food is not too bad but staff are immature. They want the tip but don’t know how to serve the customers. It happened two times now, my order gets ready and they pack it and put it on the side and will not inform that your order is ready. You have to do the effort yourself to find your order.Adding to my review in response to yours.Your use of language in your response says a lot about your restaurant.With respect, you have to read my comments first. I am complaining that you don’t inform that your order is ready and you can pick it up. I have been sitting there waiting to be told that my order is ready (which I think is your responsibility and a simple thing). Last time, when I went on the table to find my order (which technically I should not be doing and it is your restaurant’s job to let me know), the receptionist looked at me as if I stealing the food, which feels very annoying and discriminatory.Regarding not responding to your waiter, he was the same guy from last time who thought that I am here to steal food and seeing him again looking at me like that was not good. I was a bit annoyed and I left without making any gesture, comment or noise. Your waiter’s way of talking to customers is not friendly/nice and he should work on that. Instead of blaming me, you should learn from these small mistakes and focus on improvements. I wish you all the best for your future but that was the last time for me to come to your restaurant.

Delicious fusion of Chinese and Indian flavors! Hakka Lin's Garden is a must-visit in London, Ontario. The food is fantastic, and the service is top-notch. Highly recommended!

Worst food ever.Customer service is so bad.They don’t understand English at all.They lady is ok but her son is so rude.He doesn’t know any customer service.They post halal sign but don’t know anything about Islam and Ramadan.I will not recommend anyone to go there and me never.

Visited London yesterday and decided to go eat there rather than the other Hakka place in London due to the good reviews. And let me tell you it was the worst mistakes ever!1) we entered and there was no other customer other than us in the restaurant. We went to the counter to get a table for 2 and the lady provided us a table. A gentle man comes in 5min after us and the lady made him sat right behind us. Like there are so many empty seats but instead they seated the guy next to us.2) no one speaks English. Like I am all for free speech. But if you’re are a server and people are ordering, at least communicate properly.3) we ordered hot and sour soup and crab soup. They gave us a different soup. And when I told the server. He barely spoke English and told me that I ordered that soup. And after I try to explain to someone that doesn’t speak English that it is wrong. He kept saying no, you ordered that.4) the portion is so little. And the food was not even that good. We ordered this chicken dish that’s suppose to come with veggie. And the whole plate was veggie and only like 5 pieces of chicken and all that for like 15$?5) we ordered 3 other main dishes that’s suppose to come with steam rice. And they never gave it to us. So I went to ask if the meals come with rice. And the server was like “oh you want?” And I said yes. And he brought 2 bowl rather than 3. And told me there’s only 2 people. The rice is per dish not per person.6) they had a deal on their flyers, if you spend over 60$ before tax. You get a free spring rolls. And our total before tax was 69$. And when I asked the server. He said no it’s only for people that orders. Yes. People that orders. So I don’t understand if me ordering there is the same. But there’s no notes on the flyers that states the terms.7) not only, they mess our order, portion is small and food not good. But, the service is terrible. I asked for water and I never received any glass of water. No napkin or tissues.8) one lady was sitting down scratching her feet. And when I asked the server for a take away box. He asked the lady to get it for me. And she didn’t even wash her hands.Worst experience ever in any restaurant I ever been in my enter life in Canada.
