A very warm welcome. The staff are very attentive. A great introduction to Ardèche cuisine. The terrace overlooking the square is lovely.
The dining room is rather ordinary, but the welcome is warm. The service is quick and efficient. We opt for the Ardèche menu. We skip the aperitif of white wine and chestnut cream and prefer coffee. The starter and main course are of high quality and allow us to discover Ardèche specialties; the caillette (a type of pâté and the accompanying criq (a type of sausage are delicious. For dessert, we choose the cheese platter, which is part of the Ardèche menu, but it doesn't include any Ardèche cheeses, which is a real shame. There are Ardèche blue cheeses and, above all, delicious little goat cheeses that could be offered at different stages of maturity, and then the Ardèche menu would be a perfect ten.
The menu online doesn't match the menu in the restaurant. It's more expensive than the prices listed. For Saturday dinner: a ribeye steak with fries (not homemade) and salad was €25. Other dishes were €22.50. There was a cooking smell (grilled) in the dining room. Drink prices were okay. Service was okay.
A wonderful meal this Easter Sunday! A very warm welcome and typical Ardèche homemade dishes at a very reasonable price! I highly recommend this restaurant :D
We reserved two tables on the terrace for our group, LES RIDERS DU 69-01, and were pleasantly surprised to find a small reservation board with our group's name displayed. We received a very warm welcome from the manager. As for the food, absolutely nothing to complain about! All 12 participants were satisfied with both the quality and the quantity. The meats, fries, salads, and crispy toppings were all perfect. I should also mention that the restrooms were spotless, even at the end of service! So, I highly recommend it.
