It took nearly 30 minutes to place my order, and she did not provide any other service aside from taking my order and delivering my food. It was a disappointing way to end a long day of driving.

Despite there being ma... read more I visited this restaurant on Friday, June 3rd, 2022 at 9:40 am only to be told that there was a 45-minute wait before we could be seated. Despite there being many empty tables in the restaurant, this was not the first time this has happened. I have visited for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and in the evening, always being told the same thing. I live less than a mile away from this restaurant and try to support local businesses, but this experience has been disappointing. I called to complain and found out that it is part of a privately owned franchise. My complaint will be forwarded to the owners, who I believe are Gill's Mill Hall Inc. or something similar. I hope to receive a response and see some improvement in the future.

The service was good, I would rate it a 4. The atmosphere was pleasant, I would rate it a 5. Overall, it was a satisfying dining experience.

The ricotta cheese was gray instead of white, and it tasted strange, like it may have been spoiled. It didn't smell like lasagna either. I mentioned this to the waiter who served me, and he just brushed it off, insisting that their ricotta cheese was different. I paid for the meal but then decided to go somewhere else for pizza instead.
