Disappointed in their service, had a sauce an toss for an order to dine in, they brought it in a to go box.. the lady bringing out our food looked at me like I was dumb for asking why it was in a to go box. How hard is it to do your job and do it right.. This world is really getting bad and bad quick

Another casualty of the new fast food industry. This store has been consistent for as long as we've eaten here. Most recent trip was so different we may not return. Food came out so quickly it had to be precooked a while, so that was a strike. A favorite sundae and malt flavor, cherry, is gone. Gone? So sad. Hamburger was warm and a bit tough, chicken strips were sad. Small and sad. We love DQ and hope this was a one time disappointment and will go back based on previous experiences.

Stopped in for lunch on Sunday February 24th while traveling through the area. It was very busy both inside the restaurant and drive through. Restaurant was clean, order was accurate, food was great, and service was even better!!! Had interactions with several of the young folks (I would guess all high school aged) working that day and all were very polite and respectful. How refreshing!!!! Nice job to all the employees/managers/store owner. Next time we are in the area we won’t hesitate to stop again.I would also like to add that If you are one of the parents of the above said young people that may have been working that Sunday afternoon………..job well done to you as well. Certainly looks like those young workers are being raised right.
