What bg564 doesn't like about Relais Du Col:
We were driving back from Saint-Jurs and needed to take a break in the driving and so we stopped at Cafeteria O Col for a coffee and a snack. We got a jambon-buerre which took a long time to make but it was fresh and they were generous with the ham. This is not a place I would want to take a date but it was sufficient for a roadside stop. A pleasant place of passage, not to make only the highway
This collar which is exactly the Col de Lus la Croix Haute at 1179 m and that I spent a good hundred times in all season is a wonderful place! And do you know why? Because few people finally know or see it...This is exactly the point of separation between alpine vegetation and Mediterranean vegetation! On the one hand it is the fir and on the other the thyme and the rosemary! In addition the chalet restaurant au col offers a very friendly family cuisine with a good value for money!
