However, a major drawback is the communication: about a year ago, we were clearly told over the phone that the only chicken pizza was halal. When we asked for confirmation less than a week ago, we were finally told that none of the meat is halal. This kind of contradiction leaves a feeling of bad faith and gives the impression that they're just trying to squeeze every last penny out of us, which is very disappointing. It's a shame, because with more transparency, the experience would have been perfect.
