Yummy's Donut House - Lakewood

The doughnuts are outstanding, and there is a great variety to choose from. The coffee is also delicious. The service was impressively quick, and the line moved along smoothly.

The donuts here are absolutely fantastic—definitely among the best out of the 30+ shops I've tried so far. I sampled a Bavarian cream, a yeast donut, and a cake donut, and they are all generously sized. I might be a bit biased since I could eat the custard by the spoonful straight from the tub, but I do wish there was just a bit more custard in the Bavarian cream. It would have been a five-star experience if the woman at the register had shown a little more enthusiasm or said something about the amazing donuts I was getting. Nevertheless, it's worth the 32-minute trip! I only wish it were closer to home.

The best donuts I've ever tasted! They are incredibly large yet soft at the same time. We tried a maple raised donut, an old-fashioned, a blueberry cruller, a red velvet crumb, and a jelly-filled donut, and each one was perfect! I highly recommend this place!

Wow. Might be one of the top donuts places I've ever been.The straight glazed yeast donuts are fantastic. There's an old fashioned chocolate that tasted like a light fried Texas sheet cake with glaze. Delicious maple and a cool cinnamon crunch. Good coffee and some chocolate milk for the kids.
