I ordered the chicken and waffles combo, while my partner had the taco combo, and both dishes were absolutely delicious! The coffee was also excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, this place had a great vibe!
I was just driving through Denver on a road trip and wanted to stop somewhere with local vegan food, so I chose Weefles and it was amazing! I don’t think I’ve ever had waffles that fluffy and that sweet. I loved everything about it. Even though I just got take out, the chill vibe and extremely nice staff were really what sets this place apart from other vegan restaurants. I’m from out of town, but if I ever come through Denver again, I’ll be coming back to Weefles!
