Taqueria La Carreta - Lakewood

Really enjoyed this spot. I had seen a friend post about it a couple of times and the food looked trendy and delicious so I knew I had to make a trip in. The place is clean and inviting. I was greeted immediately and sat down to check out the menu. They had a decent variety of things from your every day tacos and burritos all the way to elaborate seafood and meat platters. Serving staff was great and very friendly and happy to be there. Prices were great for the portions and the food was delicious. I tried 5 different things and all of them were great with the exception of the rice and beans. And they weren't bad, rather just not as creative and flavor packed as the rest of the meal. I spend $24 before taxes but It was also so filling that I took half of it home to enjoy again. I'll definitely be coming back in the future to try more of the menu

Great place to come after a night of hard drinking. Food is bomb and the horchata is fresh.

We have ordered and picked up from there several times now and are THRILLED to have Keto Tacos available! Not only are they offered, they are delicious, they are more than big enough (just get one! and they give you a terrific selection of sides. We have friends and family who eat there who are not keto and they love it, too. Expect a line, they are always busy!

Food was delicious! We had the taco platter and also had a bowl of pozole verde and it was amazing! Highly recommend this place!
