the eating was great, but the workers were so slow and so much to say that the manager had to tell them to speed it up. the dining room was a total catastrophe, müll everywhere, all the sauces were empty, and the toilets were disgusting. not this visit, but in front of a dam I ordered a burrito in the laufwerk thru, who just smells like human cottel, so I opened it and it definitiw saw it as well. It seems like there's new management here because the service is significantly quicker and the customer service is excellent. Other fast food places on 117th should take a cue from them.
This Taco Bell is excellent! The staff is friendly and the food is well-prepared. However, I did notice that prices are significantly higher compared to other Taco Bells just down the street.
What is the point of mobile ordering when I have to sit in the drive-duration line for 40 minutes?
The slowest service I’ve ever experienced at any “fast food” establishment ever anywhere. They would triple profits of they would be able to serve faster. 30 minutes in the line to order on a week night is comical. Shame on me for waiting haha!!
