we had a nice experience in the Taco bell? our casser was amazingly sweet for our little son tonight 8/6/22. the food was immediately prepared and well cooked! my son loved his nachos: they were generous with the sauces. franky I don't think they can ask more of a taco bell. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
I wish I could rate this place lower. The staff always seem distant and unapproachable, and they frequently close three hours earlier than their posted hours. Our online order included only a Mexican pizza, which was fine. However, when we returned to pick it up, the manager shouted at us, saying they were "closed" and "not to come back, I made both Mexican pizzas," even though we had only ordered one. Why is the dining room closed???then they are so busy in drive Thur and they don't even bother to park cars so other people can order and get their food. They are so unorganized. I waited 15 minutes in the line. Open the dining area. Then when I did get my food this is what it looked like. ??
I would like to start this review by saying I have literally written 3 business reviews in my life. All of which have been good. But dear God please read.Listen, here's the thing I know that this taco bell is staffed mainly by teenagers. However there is not a single competent person in this facility. It is horribly unclean the staff are all disrespectful and I honestly think they make mistakes on the order on purpose. Let's start feom the beginning. My partner (who has a dairy allergy) went to get us taco bell. I would like to emphasize the allergy part of this review because it shouldn't be taken lightly. He ordered himself 3 tacos and a bean burrito with NO cheese (in any of the food) and NO sour cream but asked for tomatoes on the tacos. He was there for roughly 20 minutes waiting for the food and came all the way home to find cheese in the burrito. His tacos had literally NOTHING but cheese and sour cream. That's it. Just a shell, beef, cheese, and sour cream. So naturally he went back. He returned about 10 minutes later stating he needed to take the bad order back. When. He went back the drive through lady was on her phone then walked away without acknowledging his presence. The manager then came by they told him that they didn't even need the old food and made him new food. While he waited for his food he said one of the cooks used their HANDS to pur water from the fountain and used the drink fountain water to wash his hands instead of using the sink which is HIGHLY unsanitary. After finally He brought it back home come to find out once again all of his food has cheese. I tried to help him out again by calling. I called 5 separate times they answered but did not speak then hung up on me. He is back there now trying to get the order fixed hopefully for real this time. And this is nit the first time we've had a similar issueMoral of the story is all of these people haven't the slightest clue what they are doing. It is unsanitary and truly the absolute worst customer service I gave ever experienced in my entire life. Do not eat at this location!!!!!!!
I honestly wish I had the patience to go through the many many MANY things that went wrong at this Taco Bell, however instead I will just emphasize. I almost never write reviews for anywhere, but this Taco Bell is so unbelievably terrible I feel I HAVE to write this in hopes someone will see this and avoid going here. PLEASE. Don't EVER go to this Taco Bell. It is by far the most unsanitary, disgusting, disrespectful, unhelpful, deaf-eared Taco Bell on the face of this earth. Don't ever go here. Please I'm begging you.
I'm not sure if management needs to be changed or ownership but someone isn't running this store very well. Last two times I have tried for breakfast they have not been open on time. This most recent occurrence this morning I went by at 8:30 when their hours state they now open at 8 and there was barely a single car in the parking lot, no one responded at the drive thru when I pulled up, menu was not changed to breakfast items, saw one person let some into the building but they had to unlock the door to do so still half an hour after the store was supposed to be open. Over the recent months it seems like the staff has really declined at this location, wait times have gone up and they can't even open on time. Whoever owns this location is just wasting money keeping it open at this point
Half the time they're not even open. when they are, they don't have half the menu available. food ain't worth the time and effort anymore. there is no good fast food Mexican anymore. not that it was good to begin with
