What User doesn't like about Subway:
This Subway location is incredibly disappointing. It desperately needs new management or ownership. My orders are consistently incorrect, and the toaster is often out of service. When I place online orders, they rarely inform me if something can't be fulfilled—like cooked bacon or hot sandwiches—resulting in missing items or substitutes without any communication. I knew this day was close, the last day I would go to this Subway. I have frequented this store for some time. Usually I stop in 3-4 times a month. It hasn 't always been stellar, but ok. I finally decided to ask why there is never any iced tea (some of us don 't want sugary drinks). The woman I asked laughed out loud in my face. She tells me, we basically don 't have iced tea. There should be sign. But, why? I don 't think she realized how this reflected poorly on her. It shouldn 't be hard to make iced tea. I also don 't think anyone realizes I still have choices. Not many in Lakewood, but just a little further drive for a better experience is well worth it.
A bit understaffed but the food was good and the customer service was alright.
This was horrible customer service. I wish I read other people 's tales on it first. Went here for three sandwiches and only got two. When bringing up the mistake calmly the manager, and his ego respond with, How many sandwiches did you get? Two obviously I wouldn 't have come back in had there been three. Then the other worker decides it 's smart and that response was required. The response, you should make him wait til the others are served first. Umm this isnt my fault I already waited in line to bring this error to your attention. Probably won 't return. People like this ruin the brand for others.
