With my family from the city and they told us they had not accepted an open table. the waiting time was 2 hours.

Apparently this location does not use open table app. Wait was 28 minutes. Short staffed. Salads were not as ordered (ranch dressings not balsamic vinaigrette and Cesar). Butter for crab legs was solid, nor melted. Clam chowder was a thin broth.

Dezi was an amazing waitress! Food was delicious and they are following COVID protocol

Open Table allows you to make reservations but when you arrive, they tell you that they don’t honor Open Table reservations and you’ll have to wait an hour for a table.

We ordered the Ultimate Feast and the daily special, along with using a gift card, as it was my partner's birthday. He didn’t really pay attention to the bill, and when we left, we realized we had paid $115. The next day, he called the manager to inquire about it, and they found that our actual bill was only around $60-65. The manager even remembered us because my partner has been celebrating his birthday at Red Lobster for 49 years. Unfortunately, we couldn't receive a refund for the overcharge. It seems they don't reconcile payments, or maybe it's because we paid in cash, leaving no record of the transaction. They did mention they would send us a gift card as compensation, but we haven't received it yet.
