The server at the restaurant clearly had no interest in providing good customer service, and was rude and abrupt. I hadn't been to this place in a while, and now I remember why. I ordered a cold sandwich, but it was made poorly. I was looking forward to the waffle fries, but they were greasy and tasted like they were cooked in old oil. This mr. hero is fantastic! they remembered me! they always have great food, always great service! the place is clean and the staff is great! as I said, they remembered me! I recommend this position to everyone in the opposite, who wants a fast and tasty sandwich! it's always worth it!

I always thought the staff was personable, usually they have tons of personality and a sense of neighborly loyalty. Great place if you ask me the females that work there always look professional too.
Sandwiches were made wrong and the steak tasted weird. The bun was hard and soggy.
