I'm not sure how a Mexican restaurant could mess up a quesadilla, but Max's managed to do it. The cheese wasn't melted and kept falling out of the still greasy, uncooked tortilla. It was 8:30 in the morning, but it was not too early to have a fire in my mouth. As someone who grew up in restaurants, I can say that they know how to cook with heat. I always get the relleno with eggs for breakfast. This place is my new go-to.
We always have as good visit here. The food is always done right. It's a great little place. Still the same. Still the same.
Yes I will admin. We went to this place as a substitute for casa bonita as the invitation was a bit unclear. What we ended up in was an awesome Mexican restaurant. The enchiladas and fajitas were top notch and the modelo was cold as it should be. I would definitely visit them again when in Denver.
Had a chorizo breakfast burrito here the other day and was pleasantly surprised. Top 3 breakfast burrito in Denver for me. Will be back!
The place was nice and the floor was mostly clean and the service is good and the food was super good a will eat here again and it was cheap but the drinks were kind of expensive
