What User doesn't like about Loft Hawaiian Grill:
The food at this restaurant is very good, but the service needs improvement. We frequently order catering from here, but our last few orders have had mistakes and missing items. The last time we ordered saimin with char siu, we received a dish without any meat, only the noodles. It was not worth the hassle to go back, but it was disappointing as this was not the first time we had missing items. View all feedback.
Loft Hawaiian is located right across from H-Mart grocery store. The Loft Hawaiian food was really tasty, Chinese chicken salad was really good, Luo short ribs again, were super tasty. One issue, their restroom was really disgusting, not sanitary, the signs say to wash your hands (employee mandated by the state) before leaving. Avoid the restroom and go to H-Mart and use theirs...
My girlfriend loves the place so recommend to order by phone since they take more than usual if ordered there.....today we dine in really really nice customer service ..I also asked if any games were on .. and the rapidly search for a game .. I'm happy now I know why she likes this place besides the big portion of food the amount of beef wow...nice
Normally I would rate this place 5 stars…but this most recent visit was a little disappointing. I called in an order for 2 family packs early in the morning for a 6pm pick-up. I arrived at 6, only to wait 43 minutes for my order that was promised to be ready at 6. Very unfortunate. That being said, the taste and quality of the food is always amazing. Love the beef teriyaki, Mac salad is AMAZING!!
The food here is delicious. They have a two item combo that is my favorite and I try to mix it up everytime I go.
What happened to the katsu here. The katsu breading is so wrong. I posted a photo. No crunch. Hardly covered with bread crumbs. Soft fried chicken. It was gross. Sadly disappointed after 5 years of coming to this location. Staff was awesome as always
